CRS Data

CRS Data is a property data company whose flagship MLS Tax Suite combines MLS data with public property records for detailed insight into properties, neighborhoods, and markets. Data is pulled directly from county tax assessors, public records, and mapping sources, with service covering roughly 1,312 counties across 35 states. The Tax Suite provides property record search, neighborhood comparables, enhanced mapping, and advanced multi-criteria search, with users able to query up to four counties at a time in a mobile-friendly interface. The product is typically delivered to agents through their MLS, and CRS Data also serves banking customers with property information for valuation work.
