CSC AppealTrack manages appeals: appeal metrics and expected refunds, comparison of parcel values with assessor data, a hearing and deadline calendar with automated notifications, appeal form autofill and batch printing, letter templates, and missing-bill detection. AppealTrack is aimed at law firms, accountants and corporations; PTMS at corporate tax departments and consultants.
