McCracken STRATEGY

STRATEGY is McCracken Financial Solutions' web-based system for servicing commercial and multifamily mortgage loans. It covers servicing from payment terms, interest calculations and escrow analysis to covenant compliance and investor reporting, with GAAP, statutory and tax loan accounting, an asset management portal that requests and spreads financial statements, rent rolls and inspections, and a rules engine that triggers actions when, for example, a debt service coverage ratio falls below a set value or financials are missing. McCracken also sells an insurance compliance tool that scans and compares commercial insurance policies against requirements, and BUILDRITE, construction loan software for tracking commercial construction loans in one place. The company serves banks, insurance companies, private and bridge lenders, business purpose and fix-and-flip lenders, mortgage bankers, and quasi-government agencies, and offers consulting, custom development, and hosting. McCracken is based in Billerica, Massachusetts, and says it has served the commercial lending industry for three decades.
