Elementix

Elementix is a borrower intelligence platform for private and hard-money real estate lenders. It tracks roughly 5.6 million real estate investors and the 5.1 million operating entities they control, letting lenders search a borrower by name and see their full track record: property portfolio, acquisitions and dispositions, loan history, foreclosures, and open liabilities across all associated entities. Lenders use it for borrower prospecting with verified decision-maker contact information, underwriting and due diligence, and monitoring investor activity across single-family, multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
