It keeps assessments, values, appeals, tax bills, payments, budgets and accruals for every parcel in one system: itamlink Capture converts paper bills and notices into data, bills route through review and approval before they are submitted for payment, values can be trended to spot appeal opportunities and errors, and an appeal calendar with notifications tracks dates and savings. It tracks buildings and tenants across parcels to allocate taxes, and has standard integrations with Yardi, MRI, Nexus and payment software. It was built by Rethink Solutions, which Altus Group bought in 2022; Ryan, LLC took over the product with Altus's property tax business in January 2025, and itamlink is now powered by Ryan's tax.com. It is SOC 2 Type II certified. Pricing is by demo and quote.
