Xceligent

Xceligent was a commercial real estate data provider that offered verified property, listing, and comp data across U.S. markets, and was for years the primary competitor to CoStar. The company shut down abruptly in December 2017 and filed for Chapter 7 liquidation amid litigation with CoStar. The product no longer exists; former customers largely migrated to CoStar, Moody's (Catylist), and regional data providers.
