Findigs is an end-to-end rental application platform that automates screening, underwriting, and lease decisioning for property operators. Applications are automatically approved or declined against configurable risk policies covering credit, income ratios, employment history, and eviction history, with human escalation specialists handling fraud and complex cases. Screening combines identity verification, income and employment verification, document verification, and fraud detection. Portfolio-level reporting covers decisioning, leasing, and payment analytics, and operators can tune policies against lease performance data. The platform is SOC 2 Type II certified and FCRA-compliant, and serves multifamily, single-family, build-to-rent, and student housing operators.
