Its UDPE engine extracts structured data from unstructured documents such as offering memos, rent rolls, appraisals, and tax returns, flagging conflicts during reconciliation, while the XL-2 engine converts plain-language descriptions into formula-based Excel models. A deal workflow layer handles acquisition underwriting, waterfall modeling, debt sizing, and IC memo generation, drawing on a pre-built model library that also covers development and ground leases.
