CREBuilder is software for creating commercial real estate marketing materials and managing the sales and leasing process from a single property record. Users build offering memorandums from property data - with auto-populated tax data, maps, demographics, rent rolls, pro formas, and cap rate analysis - then generate sales teasers, leasing packages, flyers, and broker opinions of value from the same information. Distribution tools include email blasts, Instagram and Facebook posts, PDF export, and branded property websites on custom listing subdomains. A built-in CRM captures contacts, tracks activity, and manages deal pipelines, while NDA-gated deal rooms with access tiers and e-signing handle confidential sharing. It is aimed at CRE brokers and their teams, from independent shops to agents at national firms.
