CREOP is a cloud-based commercial real estate marketing platform where users enter property data and upload images to generate offering memorandums, flyers, broker opinions of value, proposals, and property websites. The system automatically produces financial analyses such as income/expense, rent roll, cash flow projections, and IRR sensitivity, along with charts and ESRI-powered demographics with customizable radii. Materials can include aerial maps, site plans, floor plans, and stacking plans, and are output as company-branded PDFs, flipbooks, and property websites with embedded video support. It also offers ChatGPT integration for property descriptions plus deal rooms and escrow rooms for sharing documents. CREOP supports retail, office, land, multifamily, self-storage, industrial, hospitality, mixed-use, and net-lease property types, among others.
