The Property AI

The Property AI is inventory and inspection software for the UK lettings market, operated by Besmove Ltd, a London-registered company. A clerk or agent photographs a property room by room on a phone, and the software analyses the images to identify items and note their condition, then assembles an editable inventory, check-in or check-out report. Finished reports are exported as branded PDFs with photo references, and the company says they are formatted to serve as evidence in deposit disputes with the TDS, DPS and MyDeposits schemes. It runs on iOS, Android and the web. Pricing is pay per report rather than a subscription: 5 GBP per report plus 1 GBP for each additional room, with three free reports to start and no card required. A custom-quoted Teams and Portfolios plan adds team member access, invoicing, branded booking pages and landlord and tenant portals. The company claims 95 percent or better detection accuracy and that a three-hour inventory drops to under 45 minutes; neither figure is independently verified. The product is built for residential lettings, not commercial leasing.
