Azibo is a free financial and property management platform for independent landlords and rental property owners. It combines online rent collection via ACH, card, and check with automated reminders and late fees, tenant applications and screening with credit, criminal, and eviction reports, and digital lease management. Accounting tools include a real estate-specific chart of accounts, tax preparation support, document storage, and role-based team access for collaborators and accountants. The platform supports single-family, multifamily, commercial, and short- to long-term rentals, and monetizes through payment processing, screening fees, and optional services rather than subscriptions. Azibo announced it is now part of TurboTenant.
