Prodeal is a deal management and client experience platform for commercial real estate lending that centralizes the loan lifecycle from term sheet through funding in a shared deal room. Features include live color-coded closing checklists, borrower upload links that require no login, role-based access controls, document versioning and status tracking, activity logs, and due-date reminders. It integrates with Outlook, Word, Excel, Salesforce, and SharePoint, and supports AI assistants for querying deal information. Prodeal is used by lending operations, underwriting, loan administration, counsel, and debt capital markets teams at life insurance companies, HUD lenders, credit unions, and private credit funds; customers include Berkadia, Brookfield Asset Management, and MetLife.
